Hibernian have signed Henri Anier on loan from Dundee United until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old, who is currently on international duty with Estonia, joins fellow striker Islam Feruz at Easter Road after his deadline day move on loan from Chelsea.

Anier previously played for Premiership side Motherwell and Hibs head coach Alan Stubbs reckons his knowledge of the Scottish game will help him in Leith.

"Henri will bring something different to our attacking options," Stubbs told www.hibernianfc.co.uk.

"He is a powerful centre forward who will bring others in to play and compliment the qualities of our other strikers. He knows the Scottish game and will hit the ground running here.
