Ligue 1 round-up: Lyon go second as Alexandre Lacazette fires hat-trick

Alexandre Lacazette's hat-trick saw Lyon defeat rivals Saint-Etienne 3-0 and move back up to second in Ligue 1 on Sunday.
Saturday saw Paris Saint-Germain extend their lead at the top of the table and Caen move up to second, putting Hubert Fournier's side under pressure heading into Sunday's derby clash.
However, a superb display from Lacazette - who had only scored twice this season before Sunday - ensured that Lyon moved to within 10 points of the league leaders.
Les Gones were dominant throughout and would have been even clearer winners at the Stade de Gerland, had it not been for the excellent Stephane Ruffier in goal.
After a slow start, Mathieu Valbuena gradually became more influential but it was Lacazette who made the first impression on the scoresheet. The France international burst clear of the Saint-Etienne defence before deftly lifting the ball over Ruffier and into the far corner as half-time approached.
Lacazette was on hand to prod home in the second half after Rafael's mazy run-and-shot was palmed into his path, then made sure of a treble deep in stoppage time when he rounded Ruffier before finishing into an empty net.
Elsewhere, three goals in the space of 12 minutes gave Bordeaux a 3-1 home win over Monaco.
Despite going behind through Helder Costa's 23rd-minute strike, Les Girondins hit back with two goals just before the interval as Nicolas Maurice-Belay and Cedric Yambere handed Willy Sagnol's side the half-time advantage.
The hosts' evening improved further just after the restart when Jaroslav Plasil's third goal since returning from injury secured a welcome three points, inflicting a first defeat since September in all competitions on Monaco.
For Bordeaux, it extended their own unbeaten league run at the Nouveau Stade to six matches and moved them up to 11th in the table, three points behind their opponents.
Marseille's miserable run of home form continued after they were humbled 1-0 by Nice.
L'OM are without a win at the Stade Velodrome since early September, making it four without a win in the league after Valere Germain's goal.
The striker hit his fifth of the season after being put through by Hatem Ben Arfa, and the visitors held on to claim the win and move up to sixth in the table.
