Second-placed Lille were held to a second successive draw in Ligue 1 as Strasbourg fought back to force a 1-1 stalemate.

After a goalless encounter against Montpellier last time out, Jonathan Ikone's opener was cancelled out by Anthony Goncalves at the Stade de la Meinau.

Lille now look set to lose more ground on leaders Paris Saint-Germain, who are 14 points ahead with two games in hand and face Nimes on Saturday.

St Etienne gained three more important points in their pursuit of European football with a 1-0 win at Dijon, who remain in the bottom three.

Neven Subotic volleyed home a corner in the 64th minute for his first league goal since last March.

The gloss was taken off the victory by a serious-looking ankle injury for Gabriel Silva, while Dijon thought they had drawn level in injury time only for the offside flag to deny Cedric Yambere.
