Injured forward signs new deal

Bordeaux have announced that Yoan Gouffran has signed a new contract with the club. Gouffran's current deal was due to expire next year, but he has now extended that by a further 12 months by agreeing an extension to 2013. The highly-rated 24-year-old forward is currently sidelined with a broken ankle. However, despite his injury which means he will not play again until pre-season, Bordeaux have pushed through the extension.
