Belgium and Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans believes Thierry Henry is the man to change the French club's fortunes.
Henry has lost four and drawn two of his first six matches in charge of Monaco and went into the international break with back-to-back 4-0 defeats, against Club Brugge and Paris Saint-Germain.
Monaco are 19th in Ligue 1 and are without a victory in any competition this season since a 3-1 win away to Nantes on the opening day of the season.
Tielemans worked under Henry with the Belgium national team for two years and still has faith in the former Arsenal forward.
Tielemans told Sky Sports News reporter Gary Cotterill: "Yes of course [I have faith], he's a really good coach, he has some ideas he wants to put in the team. The team is working hard to change things.
"I know from here [he's a good coach] that he has a good knowledge of football and he tries to transmit it to his players."
Tielemans has been linked with a move to the Premier League amid reported interest from Tottenham.
He added: "We will see [about moving to the Premier League]. We will see in the future. I won't say [if there's been contact from Tottenham]."
Belgium take on Iceland on Thursday night before they travel to Switzerland on Sunday in a UEFA Nations League double header.
