Mevlut Erding scored the only goal of the game after 51 minutes to end fourth-division Quevilly's fairytale run to the semi-finals.
After a goalless first half PSG broke the deadlock six minutes after the break as Erding converted Ludovic Giuly's flick from close-range.
Quevilly almost grabbed a sensational equaliser in the closing seconds when Anthony Laup struck the post with a free-kick from the edge of the box.
PSG held on to to set up a meeting with Monaco in the final at the Stade de France on 1st May.
