Veteran goalkeeper handed short-term deal at PSG
Ronan Le Crom has been offered the opportunity to prolong his career at Ligue 1 table-toppers Paris St Germain.
The 37-year-old had been planning to retire in January after finding himself without a club.
He was, however, been given the chance to impress during a trial at PSG and has earned himself a full-time deal on the back of that spell.
Carlo Ancelotti was keen to bring a fourth choice keeper into the club and he is happy to have seen Le Crom accept his offer.
Decision
The veteran keeper is also delighted to have done a deal, with it impossible for him to have snubbed the opportunity to join an ambitious side that is very much on the up.
"On 1st January I made the decision to end my career as a sportsman," said Le Crom.
"I was a free agent after my departure from Nancy in June. Then there was a phonecall (from PSG) and I didn't hesitate for one second.
"This is a great reward for me and my career."
