Paul Pogba's agent has ruled out a move to Barcelona for the French international and hinted he could remain at Juventus.

Luis Enrique's side were heavily linked with a move for the France international last summer and have been tipped to snap him up when their FIFA-imposed transfer ban comes to an end in January.

However, the player's outspoken agent, Mino Raiola, has ruled out his client moving to the Nou Camp despite his own claims to the contrary last month that suggested Barca were the frontrunners for a player likely to be the most in-demand of next summer's transfer window.

"Barcelona? If I'm honest, no, because we'd already spoken with them and there was no chance of them buying him," Raiola told Italian radio programme La politica nel Pallone.

Barcelona are not the only side who have been linked with the 22-year-old with Chelsea and Manchester City also thought to be chasing his signature - while Paris Saint Germain are also likely to enter the fray, particularly with Pogba likely to play a key role for France when they host Euro 2016.

Raiola also reiterated his claims that Juventus received three huge bids for the French midfielder in the summer but no deal was concluded.

And despite the fact that Pogba is one of the most coveted young players in the world, his agent does not think it is certain that he will leave Juventus at the end of the current campaign.

"In the end there were three big clubs with €85m euros on the table, or a little more including add-ons, which took the total to €100m, but a deal was not concluded because Pogba didn't want to leave and Juventus wanted him to stay for at least another year," he added.

"Why not [stay at Juventus]? We turned down several teams last year, we're looking for the right moment.

"This means that Pogba has not yet decided to definitely leave at the end of the season."
