Luis Enrique admitted he would be interested in managing Spain in the future.

Vicente del Bosque will stand down as Spain boss after their attempt to win the European Championships for a third successive time which has led to the Barcelona boss being linked to the role.

Enrique, who was capped by Spain 62 times in his 11-year international career, was asked at Barcelona's press-conference on Friday about taking over.

"Yes I would like to... a lot," Enrique said.

If Enrique was to leave his role at the Nou Camp it would leave his current club searching for their fourth manager in three years.
