Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic insists there has been no contact from Real Madrid amid reports they have agreed to sign Luka Jovic.
Spanish newspaper AS reported Real had agreed a €60m fee for the Serb striker, who has scored 26 goals in 44 games for Frankfurt this season.
However Bobic maintains that is not the case, telling ESPN FC: "There has been no contact with Real Madrid.
"For once, I don't have to use a white lie, they really haven't been in touch yet. I know them very well."
Frankfurt signed Jovic on a permanent deal just last month, exercising an option in his two-year loan deal from Benfica.
The 21-year-old added to his burgeoning reputation on Thursday when he scored the opening goal in Frankfurt's 1-1 draw with Chelsea in their Europa League semi-final first leg.
