Kaviedes hopes for EU passport
The Ecuadorian attacker will discover within the next few days whether he will be granted the passport that should prolong his Celta career.
Kaviedes has Italian and Greek parents which permit him to obtain an EU passport but he is waiting for the green light.
But if he is unsuccessful in his application, Kaviedes may be forced out of the Balaidos due to the overload of foreigners on Celta's books.
The forward has his fingers crossed he receives his passport and can then concentrate on establishing himself in the first team.
"This year I would like to stay at Celta and not be loaned out again," said Kaviedes.
"I trust very much in my conditions and the possibility of being part of the team for the next season because the coach said to me that he is satisfied with my work."
