Defender's move to Milan could collapse over dental problem

Aly Cissokho's move from Porto to AC Milan could be in tatters after his medical revealed a dental problem. The defender was all set to sign for the Rossoneri for a reported £12.7million after Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani flew out to Portugal to finalise the deal. However, the transfer may now be in jeopardy after Milan doctors discovered a problem with the player's teeth which they fear could affect his posture in the future. Cissokho only joined the Portuguese champions in January for £250,000 from Vitoria de Setubal meaning that Porto stand to make a massive profit if the transfer does eventually go through. Galliani claimed the Frenchman was the best left-back in the world when trying to lure the player to the San Siro, but Milan have now asked for the transfer to be postponed while further tests are carried out. Cissokho caught the Italian's eye for the way he handled Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo in the UEFA Champions League quarter-final tie just a few months ago.
