Roma general manager Franco Baldini wants the speculation surrounding midfielder Daniele De Rossi's future to stop. De Rossi's contract expires in June 2012 and he has been strongly linked with a move away from the Italian capital, with Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea potential suitors for the Italian. But Baldini wants the media interest in the story to stop whilst the club establish what the player's plans are for the future. He told Corriere dello Sport: "We talk too much about this and we must learn to shut up. I will only say that De Rossi, as a man and as a player, is a person we need. "Why are there so many difficulties? We are talking about a player, scouted all over the world, with only six months left on his deal. "He is an intelligent man, at the top of his career, tempted by many offers. That is the difficulty. He is legitimately evaluating all the options and I hope he won't decide to leave."
