Milan coach delighted with signing of striker

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri was delighted after the club completed the signing of Maxi Lopez. The Catania striker has joined the Rossoneri on a six-month loan deal after they failed to persuade Carlos Tevez to join the club. And Allegri was delighted to have the 27-year-old Argentine to bolster his attacking options. He told Milan TV: "Until yesterday I wasn't sure which striker would arrive at the club. Maxi Lopez has arrived and I am really happy. "The club worked really hard to sign an important player and I am happy with the signing. "At Catania he has played really well in the last six months. He is good technically and he us added strength in attack."
