Roma have completed the signing of midfielder Javier Pastore from Paris Saint-Germain on a five-year deal.
Pastore, 29, has signed for the Serie A side in a deal worth £21.8m.
He arrived for his medical in Rome on Monday afternoon before officially completing his move 24 hours later.
Sky Sports News understands talks between West Ham and Pastore had re-opened earlier this month after they had halted due to the player's high wage demands.
PSG have been willing to sell Pastore as they aim to comply with UEFA's Financial Fair Play regulations.
Pastore, who joined PSG from Palermo in 2011, has only one year left on his current contract at the Parc des Princes.
He has scored 45 goals in 265 appearances for the current Ligue 1 champions.
