Ranieri still wary of eliminated Cluj side

Roma visit Romania needing a single point to qualify against a Cluj side who have lost their last four Champions League games. Although his men are consigned to finishing bottom of Group E, caretaker coach Alin Minteuan would like to see his Cluj side go out with a rousing performance. "Everyone would like a good game, even if it's a draw," said Minteuan. "We'd just like to feel we've played well so we're on a high after our final game of this year. "Everyone knows Roma are a famous club; as for their weak points I will keep them to myself for now. Francesco Totti can make the difference in one game, we all know that, but I hope he won't make the difference tomorrow." Striker Roberto De Zerbi is fit again after a leg injury and was an unused substitute at the weekend and could feature. Tomas Costa is out until the New Year due to a groin strain while a leg injury has sidelined Gabriel Muresan. Felice Piccolo is suspended. Roma manager Claudio Ranieri insists he will not be keeping an eye on the other game in Group E, despite the fact Basel could still beat his men to second in the group. Ranieri will still give plenty of respect to a side who pose a threat despite losing four of their five Group E matches. "CFR are out of Europe, they have nothing to lose," said Ranieri. "They will not be under pressure and they want to play well tomorrow so I think it will be a good game. "There are bigger names in the competition than Roma, but I remember when I got to the semi-finals with Chelsea that the biggest clubs had exited by then, so perhaps this can happen again and we can go on to reach that stage." David Pizarro will miss out through illness, with Simone Perrotta (tendinitis) and John Arne Riise (thigh) also out of action. Marko Vucinic and Rodrigo Taddei could both be involved after recently returning to fitness.
