Hannover have appointed Dieter Hecking as their new manager.Hecking replaces Peter Neuruer at the Hannover helm after Neuruer was sacked at the end of last month.
Hannover agreed a deal with Alemannia Aachen on Thursday to name Hecking as their new coach.
"I would like to thank Alemannia Aachen for their constructive discussions and for the decision they reached", said Hannover president Martin Kind.
"Both Aachen and Hannover can be satisfied with the outcome."
Hannover are set to offer Hecking a two-year deal at the Bundesliga outfit.
