Borussia Dortmund to turn to Shinji Kagawa against Freiburg

Shinji Kagawa could make his Borussia Dortmund comeback earlier than expected against Freiburg on Saturday.
Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp had hoped to ease Kagawa back into his side but Marco Reus’ injury meant that the former Manchester United midfielder is likely to play this weekend."We cannot wait a few more weeks. Shinji is now very important to us," Klopp told Kicker.
"He has impressed in training but will need time to find his form from two years ago."
Kagawa’s return to Dortmund has been timely given that Klopp is still without Nuri Sahin, Ilkay Gundogan, and more recently Reus.
The club have a busy schedule in the coming weeks, including their UEFA Champions League group stage opener against Arsenal next Wednesday at home.
