PSV Eindhoven kept the pressure up at the top of the Eredivisie with a 4-2 win at AZ Alkmaar on Saturday.

Jetro Willems gave Phillip Cocu's men an early lead with a neat turn and finish on 13 minutes, before the left-back added another after a surging run to put the visitors in control inside the opening quarter of an hour.

Fred Friday pulled a goal back for AZ, but Gaston Pereiro stabbed in a third for PSV just before the break.

AZ finished with 10 men after Stijn Wuyten was sent off for a second yellow card with 19 minutes left and PSV captain Luuk de Jong knocked in a fourth from close range on 80 minutes, with Friday netting a late consolation for the hosts.
