PSV win as Twente are held
PSV Eindhoven moved back to the top of the Eredivisie after they beat Heracles and Twente were held to a draw at De Graafschap.
PSV made hard work of their win at Heracles despite going ahead through Balazs Dzsudzsak after 25 minutes.
The home side were reduced to ten-men with Mark-Jan Fledderus sent-off just after the break, but they then missed a great chance to level when Willy Overtoom failed to convert a penalty.
PSV managed to hang on for the win and sealed victory in the final-minute with Marcus Berg scoring.
PSV are now top on goal-difference after
Twente were held 1-1 at
De Graafschap.
Denny Landzaat looked to have won the game for Twente when he scored with just 18 minutes left, but in the final minute Rogier Meijer levelled.
Third-placed
Ajax are now just a point further back from Twente as they came from behind to seal a 2-1 win at
NEC Nijmegen.
Lasse Schoene gave NEC the lead, but goals either side of the break from Miralem Sulejmani and Toby Alderweireld sealed victory for the Amsterdam giants.
Finally the ever-improving
Feyenoord hammered bottom-of-the-table Willem II 6-1.
Willem had taken the lead through Andreas Lasnik, but within minutes Georginio Wijnaldum had levelled.
Arsenal loanee Ryo Miyaichi then put Feyenoord ahead on the half-hour.
Into the second-half and Feyenorod ran riot, with Bruno Martins Indi and Luc Castaignos scoring, before Wijnaldum and Miyaichi both added to their tallies to make it six.
