The first round of the Capital One Cup got off to an action-packed start as 32 teams got their first taste of competitive cup competition this season.

There were a number of cracking goals as well, but we have trimmed it down to what we think are five of the best goals, including strikes from Nottingham Forest's Michail Antonio and Notts County's Liam Noble.
