FA chairman Greg Clarke is standing as a FIFA vice-president, and will go head to head with his Northern Irish counterpart David Martin for the role.

The position is being vacated by former Manchester United chief executive David Gill, with elections to take place in February.

The move comes with the FA currently exploring a bid to host the 2030 World Cup, along with other British nations.
