Aidy Boothroyd replaces James Maddison and Mason Mount after senior call-ups

Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden has been named in the England U21 squad.
Harvey Barnes, on loan at West Brom from Leicester, and Reiss Nelson, on loan at Hoffenheim from Arsenal, also received their first call-ups.
Manager Aidy Boothroyd needed reinforcements in his squad after James Maddison and Mason Mount earned senior calls while Demarai Gray is out with an ankle injury.
Foden, the youngest player to win the Premier League, has made five appearances for City this season, scoring once in the Carabao Cup win at Oxford.
The 18-year-old also impressed in the England Under-17 World Cup final against Spain last year, scoring twice to secure the win.
Boothroyd told PA Sport: "Phil has got great respect from us, he's another player we want to push through and we can see him playing in the senior team but he's got to prove himself with us.
"He is a massive talent, we want him to get games and the more he gets the better he'll become.
"He's also training with the best players in the world and the current champions. He is going to get a great education at Manchester City."
England U21s face Andorra in their UEFA Euro qualifier on October 11. Five days later they play away to Scotland U21 in their final qualifier of the campaign.
The Young Lions need just a point from their final two Euro qualifiers to secure their place at next summer's Finals in Italy and San Marino.
Boothroyd told the FA's website: "There will be one or two opportunities for players who haven't played for the U21s yet, to show what they're all about.
"I really believe our system is working to benefit all of our players at the moment and it all starts at the top, when you've got a manager like Gareth.
"He believes in youth, the system that we have and the way that we work so when the senior team get injuries, his first thought is to call me and look into the U21s squad. There's never been a better time to be an England player."
