The Nations League fixture was played behind closed doors with Croatia serving the second part of a two-game punishment imposed by UEFA after a swastika was marked on their pitch before a Euro 2016 qualifier against Italy.
The FA had urged England supporters not to make the trip to Rijeka, but a number of fans defied their advice and travelled to watch Gareth Southgate's side.
