No injury worries for England in final session

There were no injury concerns for England as they trained for the final time on Friday morning before flying to San Marino.
The full group were put through their paces at St George's Park in Burton for a last session prior to Saturday's European Qualifiers Group E tie.
None of the players selected reported any issues, meaning no new names are added to an injury list which includes Jack Wilshere, Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson.
Swansea City's in-form midfielder Jonjo Shelvey trained with the squad and will hope to add to his England experience, which so far includes just a single cap – also against San Marino – in 2012.
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney can break the England goalscoring record if he scores twice in the game, while Harry Kane also bids for inclusion. Neither player has scored a Premier League goal this season.
Stoke City's Jack Butland will compete with Joe Hart of Manchester City for the goalkeeping jersey after playing in all three of England's games at the European U21 Championship finals last summer.
