Sky Sports News has a new home on channel 409 from Tuesday morning.

The channel change for your 24-hour home of sports news is part of the exciting switch to dedicated sports channels.

From Tuesday, customers are introduced to a whole new Sky Sports, featuring channels devoted to the Premier League, football, cricket, golf and Formula One.

There are also three further channels - Sky Sports Main Event, which features the best coverage across all sports; and Sky Sports Arena and Action, where you will be able to find action from rugby union, rugby league, tennis, boxing, GAA, NFL, darts and WWE.

The new channels launch on Tuesday - and there's a fantastic range of programming to kick-off the new era...

And Sky Sports News continues to provide up-to-the-minute news throughout the day, all the latest transfer news in our dedicated Transfer Centre programmes, Soccer Saturday and Soccer Specials once the season gets underway, and a weekly Sportswomen programme.

There is no need for customers to do anything - all of the changes will happen automatically through your set-top or Sky Q box.
