AC Milan confirm Pepe Reina and Ivan Strinic signings

during the Serie A match between Cagliari Calcio and SSC Napoli at Stadio Sant'Elia on February 26, 2018 in Cagliari, Italy.

AC Milan have made their first two signings of the summer after confirming the arrivals of Pepe Reina and Ivan Strinic on free transfers.

Former Liverpool goalkeeper Reina, 35, joins from Napoli, while left-back Strinic, 30, moves from Sampdoria.

Both players' contracts had expired at their previous clubs.

Reina spent three years at Napoli, but will now provide competition to Gianluigi Donnarumma at Milan.

He was part of Spain's squad at the World Cup in Russia, but did not play as he provided back-up to David de Gea.
