Gary Cotterill speaks to Bob Bradley about Zlatan Ibrahimvoc, Carlos Vela and his ongoing affection for Swansea

Los Angeles FC head coach Bob Bradley admits his side "opened the door" for Zlatan Ibrahimovic to make his stunning debut for the LA Galaxy in El Trafico.

Ibrahimovic came off the bench to score twice as the Galaxy came from three goals down to win 4-3 at the StubHub Center on Saturday.

Bradley admits the defeat was tough to take but was impressed with the first-half performance from his team, particularly that of his own star player - former Arsenal forward Carlos Vela.

"For 60 minutes our football was the story, and Carlos Vela. We lost our way a little bit and it opened the door for Ibra," admitted Bradley.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic made his LA Galaxy debut in remarkable fashion with a 40-yard equaliser and a stoppage-time winner in a stunning 4-3 win over Los Angeles FC

Los Angeles FC remain fourth in the Western Conference despite the loss to their local rivals and things are set to improve for the newly-found franchise following the completion of their new $30m performance facility at California State.

However, Vela admits it will take some time to get over the improbable defeat to the Galaxy.

"The only thing I said to the team was, 'This cannot happen again, 3-0 - it is impossible to lose the game', I can't understand how we lost," said Vela.
