Burnley and Sheffield United have sealed promotion to the Premier League, while Luton and Middlesbrough are guaranteed play-off places in third and fourth.
But who else is vying for the final two spots in the top six with two rounds of the season left to go? This is the race for the play-offs, for a chance to clinch a place in next season's Premier League...

Coventry - 5th, 69pts; GD 12
Six unbeaten games at the right time. Coventry visit a Middlesbrough side on the final day who have already secured their play-off spot. A point for Mark Robins and his side will be enough to guarantee a top-six berth.
Millwall - 6th, 68pts; GD 8
A vital 3-2 win at Blackpool has put Millwall back in charge of their own fate in the play-off race. They head into the final day two points clear of the chasing pack. A win against Blackburn, also in the battle, will guarantee their spot.
Sunderland - 7th, 66pts; GD 10
Sunderland need Coventry or Millwall to slip up. If either do, a win at Preston would almost certainly see them finish in the top six.
West Brom - 8th, 66pts; GD 7
Only a win at Swansea will give West Brom a chance. They would also likely need Sunderland to not win, and Millwall to drop points.
Blackburn - 9th, 66pts; GD -3
Blackburn kept themselves in with a chance after nabbing a late point off Luton in their penultimate game. They now head to Millwall on the final day knowing they need to win, while also hoping Sunderland and West Brom drop points.
