Paris Saint Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi says teenager Adrien Rabiot “probably will leave” the club, but insists talks are ongoing with different clubs.
The 19-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Premier League side Arsenal, although discussions with Serie A club Roma are still ongoing.Versatile playmaker Rabiot has already turned down a new deal at the Parc des Princes, where he rose through the ranks before going on to feature in PSG’s Ligue 1 triumph last season.
Club president Al Khelaifi appears to have resigned himself to losing Rabiot, but remains coy on his destination.
“The negotiation with Roma is not closed yet,” he told Canal+. “We are talking as we are doing with other clubs.
“Arsenal? I can say nothing. There are talks ongoing but the player probably will leave.”
In 44 French top-flight appearances for PSG, Rabiot has scored three goals and provided four assists.
