The sale of Morecambe Football Club to Bond Group Investments Limited has been completed ahead of their League Two relegation decider.
The Lancashire club are third-bottom of the EFL and two points outside the relegation zone ahead of an away trip to Coventry on the final day of the season this weekend.
Barnet, who are below them, are at home to already relegated Chesterfield.
Morecambe chairman Peter McGuigan said: "We are very pleased to confirm this transaction and look forward to a period of sustained stability and growth within the club.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank everyone connected to the club for their patience and outstanding contribution during a difficult period for all concerned over the last few months."
Morecambe have been an EFL club since 2008, with a highest league finish of fourth in 2010, when they were losing play-off semi-finalists.
