Old Lady not in the running for Argentina ace

Juventus have ruled themselves out of the running for Carlos Tevez's signature after stating he does not 'interest' them. Tevez is expected to leave the Etihad Stadium when the transfer window reopens in January following a well-publicised fall-out with Manchester City. The Argentina international has been linked with a Serie A switch after his advisor Kia Joorabchian held initial talks with AC Milan this week. Speculation intensified that the Old Lady were also keen on signing the 27-year-old after FIFA agent Giuseppe Riso stated they were due to have a meeting with the club. However, the meeting was postponed and now sporting director Giuseppe Marotta insists Juve will not be making a move for Tevez. "Tevez is a player that doesn't interest us," commented Marotta. "Absolutely not, we're not interested. "If we were to make an attacking signing we'll stay calm and evaluate what to do."
