It was fascinating and informative to have Frank Lampard on Monday Night Football. Fascinating to hear him talk about the current crisis at Chelsea plus informative to get an insight in to the workings of Jose Mourinho.

Then later in the show we were able to go down memory lane to hear his view on the best player he played against: Lionel Messi. His best team-mates: John Terry and Didier Drogba, who he described as complete 'symbols' of Chelsea Football Club. He talked about their need for big characters in their current predicament and you sense Drogba's presence would be a huge asset in the dressing room right now.

Frank Lampard discusses his future, England, John Terry and more on Monday Night Football.

Frank was adamant that even after six League defeats in 11 games and the worst start to a title defence in England for more than 30 years, Chelsea CAN still finish in the top four. Sky Bet share some of Lampard's confidence as Chelsea are only 2/1 to finish in the Champions League places.

We get the chance to see Chelsea again this week on Saturday Night Football and a trip to Stoke and the Britannia Stadium is probably exactly what they don't need at this moment. It's going to be another tough evening for Jose Mourinho and his team.

Aston Villa have made the worst start to a season in their 127-year history and are down to 4/11 for relegation. We see Villa again on Super Sunday. Remi Garde has a massive task on his hands. Bottom of the Premier League table after seven straight defeats and now the leaders are in town, which is a baptism of fire for their new manager.

Manchester City have had the sign over Villa in recent seasons. They've won the last three meetings, scoring nine goals and conceding two in the process, and have now won 27 points at Villa Park - more than they have at any other Premier League ground.

After that we will be at the Emirates for the 177th north London derby. Can Arsenal continue their fine League form and bounce back from Wednesday's mauling in Munich?

Or perhaps Spurs will stay unbeaten since the opening day of the season - the longest unbeaten run in the Premier League this season - and make a real statement in that race for the top four?

A few weeks ago I said Tottenham were the value bet to finish in the top four. Their odds have tumbled down to 9/4 and I've seen nothing in the pitch to change my mind. A major spanner in the works is a rejuvenated Liverpool side under Jurgen Klopp, who now look like big runners and have shortened dramatically from 10/3 when Klopp was appointed to 7/4 now with Sky Bet.

Mauricio Pochettino has got Spurs playing with such energy and verve. The British core of young players have clearly bought in to the 'Pochettino ethos' and they beat Aston Villa on Monday Night Football, bar 10 nervy minutes in the second half, without coming out of second gear.

Sky Bet have Arsenal as firm favourites at 8/13 with Tottenham at 15/4 and the draw a 16/5 chance. Arsenal failed to win either meeting last season but Tottenham have an awful record in the derby at Arsenal with only one win (3-2 in November 2010) in the last 22 Premier League meetings.

The two north London clubs come in to the game as the top two sides in the Premier League form guide. It should be an intriguing afternoon.
