Livingston have rejected offers for defenders Dave Mackay and James McPake, and have no interest in studying any further bids.
Mackay has been linked with a transfer to Motherwell while St Mirren are rumoured to be interested in McPake.
However, Livingston chairman Angelo Massone has stated that the duo will be staying at Almondvale Stadium.
"We want players to stay with us and we have rejected offers from the SPL clubs," Massone told the club's official website.
"I don't want the money. The clubs asked me 'How much do you want?' but I said I don't want the money, I want the players.
"I spoke to Dave and James and they will definitely be staying with us.
"Dave has another two years on his contract to go. James has only one year left, but we will try to speak with him in September or October about a possible extension."
