Behind them, Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford was far and away the number one choice to take the gloves, while Manchester City pair Kyle Walker and John Stones received a high percentage of selections, as well as Spurs wing-back Kieran Trippier and Leicester centre-back Harry Maguire.

At left-back, Maguire's club team-mate Ben Chilwell gets the nod, after United's Luke Shaw and Spurs' Danny Rose pulled out of the game with injury.
