Oxford trio Callum O'Dowda, Jordan Evans and Jonjoe Kenny will miss out due to international duty.
O'Dowda is with the Republic of Ireland Under-21s, Evans with Wales Under-21s and Kenny with England Under-19s.
Bradley Pritchard could make his debut for Stevenage after signing on loan from Leyton Orient.
Ryan Hedges and Ben Kennedy are on international duty and Chris Welpdale (groin) could make a first appearance since Boxing Day.
Defender Fraser Franks is suspended.
