Join Jeff and the boys this Saturday to keep up with all the action.

It's been another busy week in the world of football and the Soccer Saturday team will be discussing all the big stories from the world of football before reporting on the final, decisive day of the League One and League Two seasons. In a week when Roy Hodgson was named the shock successor to Fabio Capello and Manchester City took a significant step towards winning their first Premier League title by defeating United at the Etihad, there's plenty for our pundits to talk about. We'll also be discussing the FA Cup final and Newcastle and Spurs' battle for fourth spot in the Premier League. At the other end of the table are Bolton and we'll be taking a closer look at the Trotters, for whom relegation is a serious going into the final two games of the season. Also fighting the drop are Wigan and Blackburn and we'll be speaking to Roberto Martinez and Steve Kean on their respective clubs' chances of survival.

Swans soaring

One side not involved in the dog fight at the bottom of the league are pre-season relegation favourites Swansea. We'll be reviewing their first season in the Premier League where Brendon Rodgers' side have impressed with their stylish and effective brand of football. Meanwhile in League One we'll be taking a closer look at the two Sheffield sides going for automatic promotion, Stevenage battling Notts County for the final play-off spot and League Two survival experts Barnet who face a final-day battle to stay out of the drop zone at the expense of Hereford. Tony Cottee will be watching the only Premier League game of the day between Norwich and Arsenal which kicks off at 12.45pm and then come 3pm we'll be live round the grounds covering the rest of the action. In the studio Matt Le Tissier will be watching Stevenage v Bury, Paul Merson will be watching Notts County v Colchester, Phil Thompson will be keeping an eye on Exeter v Sheffield United, and Charlie Nicholas will be reporting on Sheffield Wednesday v Wycombe. We'll have Gerry McCulloch at Rangers v Motherwell and reporters at all of the games across the leagues. Make sure you don't miss it!
