On the eve of Euro 2016 we bring you updates from the England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland training camps.
Sky Sports News HQ has reporters stationed across France, with Andy Burton, Nick Collins, Geraint Hughes, Paul Gilmour and Patrick Davison in prime position.
We kick things off a day before France open the tournament against Romania on Friday, with plenty to whet your appetite for the competition ahead.
On our first Euro 2016 podcast, SSN HQ's Nick Collins picks his England team for their opening match against Russia on Saturday, while Geraint Hughes speaks to Wales' main man Gareth Bale. Chris Coleman's side open their tournament against Slovakia, also on Saturday.
We then head back to the England camp to chat to goalkeeper Joe Hart, who tells us what England can achieve in France between now and July 10.
There's also a quick chat with a certain Russian journalist, who says his nation "play really bad football and will lose 3-1." Sounds positive if you are an England fan!
