POMPEY SIGN PRIMUS
PORTSMOUTH have completed the signing of former Reading central defender Linvoy Primus on a free-transfer.
The 26-year-old had been on trial at the club, since leaving The Royals on a Bosman transfer after failing to agree a new contract.
Fratton Park manager Tony Pulis has been looking for defensive cover throughout the summer, and now appears to have bagged his man who had also been interesting Southampton and Wolves.
Primus was very highly rated whilst at Barnet, before moving to the Madejski Stadium back in 1997 for £400,000.
