Meet former Chelsea boss Avram Grant on The Fantasy Football Club

Former Chelsea, West Ham and Portsmouth manager Avram Grant will be in the studio this week, and you can be a part of it.

The current Ghana head coach joins Max Rushden and Paul Merson to talk about his illustrious career.

The 60-year-old Israeli first made national headlines in 2007 when he became Chelsea's Technical Director but in September that year took over from Jose Mourninho and led the Blues to the Champions League final.

Following defeat to Manchester United in Moscow, he went on to manage Portsmouth and West Ham but left after both clubs suffered relegation.
