DEGN RETURNS TO AGF

The 23-year-old former Danish Under 21 international has failed to make the expected impact at Goodison Park, since he arrived on Merseyside in 1998.

He failed to play a single game last season, and he is yet to feature this term. Although the deal to AGF is unlikely to be made permanent as the Danish side do not have much money to spend on players.

It now looks as if his Premiership career with The Toffees is over, "It has been a sad time with Everton," said Degn. "I now probably have out played my role with them.

"Therefore it makes me happy to get a chance to play, hopefully, I can show that I can perform at the Superliga level"

"The Superliga break for 14 days due to the international allows me to practice." Degn added.
