FLO SEALS RANGERS SWITCH
Flo travelled to Glasgow on Wednesday to discuss the deal, and put pen-to-paper on a four-year contract with Rangers on Thursday morning, completing his Scottish record transfer.
Rangers boss Dick Advocaat has been searching for a new striker to add extra firepower to his squad for sometime, but saw deals for Wimbledon's John Hartson and Espanyol's Raul Tamudo fall through.
However, he has now completed the high-profile signing of Flo for a fee that doubles the previous Scottish transfer record, Chris Sutton's £6 million move to Celtic from Chelsea in the summer.
And Flo may now be in-line to face his former team-mate Sutton when the two Glasgow rivals meet in the second Old Firm derby of the season at Ibrox on Sunday.
Rangers chairman David Murray was delighted to have sealed the deal to bring Flo to Scotland, saying on the official Rangers website: "We have always tried to do our best in the transfer market for the club and that is why we have been pursuing a player of his quality."
