SUMMERBEE SET FOR BOLTON EXIT
BOLTON WANDERERS have confirmed that they will not be renewing winger Nicky Summerbee's contract at the Reebok Stadium.
The 29-year-old joined the Trotters from Sunderland last year and made 15 appearances for Wanderers, three being as a substitute.
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce has apparently been unimpressed by Summerbee's performances and Wolverhampton Wanderers are rumoured to be interested in capturing the former Manchester City star, who is available on a free-transfer.
Wolves supremo Dave Jones is looking to guide the Molineux outfit into The Premiership at his first attempt and may see Summerbee as a good piece of business.
