DHORASOO SEALS BORDEAUX LOAN MOVE
BORDEAUX have signed Vikash Dhorasoo on loan for the rest of the season from Lyon.
The 27-year-old has been in dispute with L'OL for the whole of pre-season, after admitting that he wanted to leave.
Despite this Lyon were ready to welcome Dhorasoo back into their first team squad, but have now accepted the offer of a year's loan from rivals Bordeaux.
Bordeaux will pay Lyon £700,000 for the privilege and have first refusal on his signature when his spell ends in June.
Dhorasoo will now be hoping to force his way into the French World Cup squad, who defend their World crown in Korea and Japan next summer.
The Bordeaux website confirmed the move by stating: "We welcome Vikash Dhorasoo who will wear the famous number 10 shirt."
