GALLARDO STAYING AT MONACO
The 25-year-old Argentinian has had a troubled spell at the Stade Louis II but insists that he has cleared the air with Deschamps.
"I think we had a misunderstanding with Didier Deschamps," said Gallardo.
"As a professional player I don't like being dropped from the team and it's true that I was not happy in Guingamp but we had talks together and I think the matter is settled.
"I want to continue to play for Monaco with my coach and all the players of the team and, up to now, no official has come and told me that I am not wanted at the club anymore.
"I hope that if this was ever the case, they would be honest and come and tell me to my face."
Gallardo has been linked with a move to Serie A giants Juventus but insists that he has had no contact with the Turin side and is happy to stay with Monaco.
"I still have two years left on my contract here and, for the moment, I don't want to go anywhere else.
"I have read the Juventus rumours but I can assure you that until now there is nothing between me and Juventus."
