Robins seal Jackson loan deal
SWINDON TOWN have captured midfielder Johnnie Jackson on a three-month loan deal from Premiership side Tottenham Hotspur.
The England Under-20 international was prominent in pre-season and scored in the 4-0 victory over Stevenage.
Spurs boss Glenn Hoddle feels Jackson needs some first team experience and the promising youngster will hope to make himself a regular in The Robins` starting XI.
Jackson is tipped to follow the likes of Ledley King, Simon Davies and Matthew Etherington into the Spurs first team as the emphasis is increasingly put on home-grown talent at White Hart Lane.
