Proudlock joins Rovers
TRANMERE ROVERS have signed Wolves striker Adam Proudlock on a month's loan.
The young striker has slipped down the pecking order at Molineux and manager Dave Jones has allowed him to leave on a temporary basis.
"This will give me a great chance of getting some first team football under my belt," said Proudlock.
"There haven't been too many reserve games lately and anyway there is no substitute for being in the first team.
"This is only a loan move but it will give me a chance to build my form up so that when I come back to Wolves I can start pushing for a chance in the starting line-up."
Proudlock joins former Wolves team-mate Sean Connolly at Prenton Park, who joined Rovers on a free transfer earlier this month.
