U's extend Iriekpen stay
CAMBRIDGE UNITED have extended Ezomo Iriekpen's loan from West Ham until the end of the season.
The stopper's one-month deal expired last weekend, however the youngster will now remain at the Abbey Stadium.
Iriekpen has been an ever-present under John Taylor (pictured), making nine starts and scoring one goal in the four-week spell.
The London-born stopper is currently well down the pecking order at Upton Park and is hoping a spell away can help him gain invaluable first-team experience.
Meanwhile, young striker Lloyd Opara is set to feature in the club's upcoming clash against Macclesfield after being allocated the number 25 squad number.
