Pompey agree Pericard price
The two clubs have been haggling over a fee for the Frenchman for the majority of the summer, but the negotiating has now concluded.
Juve reportedly wanted around £1 million for the hit-man, however Pompey will pay £400,000 for Pericard including a 33 percent sell-on clause.
Club chairman Milan Mandaric revealed his delight at finally securing the striker's services, stating he has bags of potential to succeed in The Premiership.
"It's great to capture a young player like him," said Pompey chairman Milan Mandaric.
"Harry believes he has a tremendous amount of potential."
