Lukic joins Oakwell staff
FORMER Arsenal and Leeds United goalkeeper John Lukic has joined the coaching staff at Barnsley.
The 43-year old made 301 appearances for The Gunners during two spells at Highbury and joined the coaching staff at the club once he hung up his boots.
Lukic has joined Gudjon Thordarson (pictured) and the rest of his coaching team at Oakwell on a temporary basis.
The club have also been given the news that youngster Robbie Williams will have an operation to help cure his foot injury.
Williams fractured his left foot in pre-season and will now have a pin inserted in the hope it will help speed up his recovery.
